It is another venture for this global fishing and offshore industry supplier. They just recently signed a ten year lease for an office and a warehouse space at the Enerfield Business Park which is located in between the Ellon and the Aberdeen.
With the new deal concerning the 17- acre development just outside Foveran and within the Energetica corridor, Enerfield will now finally become the UK headquarters of Euronete which is a Dutch company.
Enerfield operations manager Lewis Anderson is very happy with the deal. He says that everyone at Enerfield are very confident that they will be benefiting from the new digital and road infrastructure investment. He adds that they also have other local investments that can also be found around the business park. Aberdeen is very confident about what they have to offer. He observed that there is a growing interest in connection to their new development, which he thinks only shows that there is now a great demand for quality and accessible business space.
As for Energetica development manager James Welsh, he claims that their corridor aims to provide conditions that will help support and at the same time, attract business investment in the north-east. He adds that high-quality developments like Enerfield play a key role in recognizing ambition which helps provide growth opportunities to businesses like Energetica as well as to new investments.
Euronete is globally recognized as a supplier of wire, fishing nets, fiber ropes, and other related fishing gear. This has a previous office at the Froghall Avenue, Aberdeen. Its new home is now a 12,000 square foot warehouse and another 1,500 square foot office space.
According to Sam Tye who is a consultant at the firm, he is pleased that they now have a great office location which he describes as being ideal to their operation since they are now closer to their clients at Aberdeen Harbour, Peterhead, and Fraserburgh.
